WB Corp was contracted to build the Legacy which provides a combination of housing and supportive services along with health care specifically designed to assist with certain activities of daily living. In the fall of 2002 WB Corp began construction which was completed inApril by utilizing. All WB Corp in house trades were used to meet the difficult winter building schedule.

28 private Residential Care Apartment Complex (RCAC)
This building meets a combination of CBRF and RCAC building requirements which are typically met by several separate structures.
